I've been building production web services in Rust for the past 4 years, first at a fintech startup and now at a company processing millions of financial transactions daily. My focus is on the full web stack — from HTTP handlers to database queries to deployment.

In our sessions, we'll work on real production patterns: structuring Actix Web applications for maintainability, writing type-safe SQL with SQLx, handling authentication and authorization, building RESTful APIs that your team will actually enjoy consuming, and deploying Rust services with Docker and Kubernetes.

I'm particularly passionate about helping backend developers from Python/Ruby/Node make the transition to Rust — bringing their domain knowledge while learning Rust's unique strengths.
